This will bring you to a page where you then click the big ‘Install Now' button.
When you see the Macromedia Flash movie playing below, your installation has been successful and you can close the Macromedia site.

This will bring you to a page where you then click the big ‘Download Now' button.
This button will then start the download. The file will be on the desktop when finished. When it has finished double click on it to start installing it. Then check the relevant box as described below.
If you don't know what browser you use look in the top right corner of your browser and if you can see this symbol:
then you are using Internet Explorer.
When it's finished, click on ‘Install', this will bring up a window telling you about the browser Flash is going to install for, if this is the wrong one click ‘Try Again', if it's the right one click ‘OK' and the Flash installer will update your browser for you.
When it has finished you will be taken to the Macromedia site where they will play you a short Flash animation to see if it has downloaded.
